At Foundation for Human Kindness and Compassion, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell (e.g., solidarity merchandising). This policy applies only to goods sold by Foundation for Human Kindness and Compassion through fhkc.org; it does not apply to donations or pro bono services.
At our discretion: (i) repair, (ii) replace with an equal or equivalent item, or (iii) refund the price paid if repair/replacement is not viable.
We may require the return of the product for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is not confirmed, the item will be returned and handling/shipping costs may apply.
This policy is interpreted in accordance with the Consumer Statute (Law 1480/2011 – Colombia) and other applicable regulations. In case of conflict, the applicable regulations prevail.
